Project: The office of Melissa H. Motz, CFP(R), CPA, MS, owner of Motz Wealth Management is expanding and a re-evaluation of the processes, software, hardware, and network setup currently in use became critical to the business. LifeCycle Software performed an audit of the environment, and a prioritized list of items was created to allow future growth of the business. A key enhancement to the office was to convert to a "paperless" environment. This was accomplished by installing a server as the central data repository and domain controller. Front Range's Goldmine CRM product and various financial packages use data stored on the server for calculation, correspondence and investment. Enhancements continue to be implemented in a phased approach, helping to amortize costs over time.
