A key enhancement to the office was to convert to a "paperless" environment. This was accomplished by installing a server as the central data repository and domain controller. Various financial packages use data stored on the server for calculation, correspondence and investment. Enhancements continue to be implemented in a phased approach, helping to amortize costs over time.
